Ten Paynesville shoppers are on cloud nine this morning after discovering their syndicate entry scored $1 million in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw.

The syndicate held one of six division one winning entries across Australia in TattsLotto draw 4215, drawn Saturday 11 December 2021. Each entry takes home a division one prize worth $1,012,907.10.

In addition to winning division one, the Victorian's marked syndicate entry also won division three 18 times, division four 45 times and division six twenty times, boosting their total to $1,032,754.95.

Each syndicate member receives a share worth $103,275.50.

The store syndicate was from Paynesville Newsagency & Lotto, 9 The Esplanade, Paynesville.

Paynesville Newsagency & Lotto owners Kristy and Simon Groves said they were ecstatic for their local customers.

“It’s a regular syndicate that’s been going for years,” Kristy said.

“Most of the customers in the syndicate are locals and have been buying into the syndicate since the beginning.

“We are so happy we were able to sell them a division one winning entry! It’s so exciting for us all.”

“This is the first division one winning entry we’ve sold since we took ownership eight years ago, so we’re ecstatic,” Simon added.

“All of the winners are incredibly deserving, and we couldn’t be happier for them. We wish them all the best with their prize.

“Fingers crossed we have more division one wins soon!”

The Lott spokesperson Ally Ramsamy said some syndicate members held unregistered entries and might have not yet discovered their exciting news.

“We know some of these division one winning syndicate members have already begun celebrating their good fortune and are kickstarting the week knowing they have a hefty boost coming into their bank accounts,” she said.

“However, others are starting their working week completely obvious to their win. Previous syndicate winners have told us there’s no better cure for Mondayitis than discovering a TattsLotto win.

“If you purchased a share in a syndicate for the recent TattsLotto draw, today’s the day to check it!  If you realise you’re holding a winning share, call Tatts 131 868 to start the prize claim process.”
