More than 38 hours after the winning numbers were drawn, officials from The Lott are yet to hear the winning cries of joy from the mystery division one Oz Lotto winner who scored $15 million.

The New South Wales player held the only division one winning entry nationally in Oz Lotto draw 1651, on Tuesday 7 October 2025 and can look forward to a $15 million prize.

Unfortunately, the multi-million-dollar winning entry was not registered to The Lott Members Club which means lottery officials have no way of contacting the winner.

Instead, officials are eagerly waiting for the mystery winner to check their ticket and come forward.

The winning entry was purchased at Greenhills Newsagency, Shop 39, Stockland Shopping Centre, Greenhills, East Maitland.

Greenhills Newsagency team member Tiarna Perry said the store had been buzzing since the winning news landed.

“We’re so excited! Everyone has been coming in to check their tickets, wondering if it’s them or if we’ve found them yet,” she said.

“We’ve sold division one winning entries in the past, but this is the biggest prize so far.

“I’m hoping the winner has been holding onto their ticket tightly! We can’t wait to celebrate with them and give them a big congratulations.”

The Lott spokesperson Khat McIntyre said she hopes the region’s latest major lottery prize winner checks their ticket soon.

“We can’t believe our mystery ticket holder still hasn’t come forward. It’s possible they’re heading to work today with no idea they’ve scored $15 million,” she said.

“We’re urging anybody who purchased an Oz Lotto ticket from Greenhills Newsagency to check their tickets today.

“This is also an important reminder for players to register their lottery tickets to a player card or online account with The Lott Members Club, so if they are to score a major prize, we can reach out to them with the winning news.

“Imagine if you’re the multi-millionaire we’re searching for. You can bet any plans in your year ahead would be flipped on their head in the best way possible.

“If you discover you are holding the winning ticket, contact The Lott on 131 868 to begin the exciting prize claim process.”

The winning numbers in Oz Lotto draw 1651 on Tuesday 7 October 2025 were 44, 46, 39, 34, 7, 15 and 3, while the supplementary numbers were 24, 19 and 13.

Across Australia, there was one division one winning entry in Oz Lotto draw 1651 – the one in New South Wales.

The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 326 so far in 2025, including 92 won by NSW Lotteries customers.

In FY25, 12 Oz Lotto division one winning across Australia collectively won more than $414 million.

During this time, the biggest Oz Lotto prize was a $100 million jackpot pocketed by an Elizabeth Hills woman in February 2025.

Of the 12 Oz Lotto division one winning entries in FY25, four landed in New South Wales, three each in Queensland Victoria, and two in South Australia.
