A Carinlea resident or visitor is set to receive a healthy boost to their bank account, but first, they need to check their Weekday Windfall ticket and discover their life-enhancing $1 million win.

The mystery player held one of the two division one winning entries in Weekday Windfall draw 4549, drawn Wednesday 21 May 2025 and took home a neat $1 million.

However, the winning entry was not registered to The Lott Members Club, which means officials from The Lott have no way of contacting the ticketholder and must wait for them to come forward.

The winning entry was purchased at Cairnlea News & Lotto, Shop 15, Cairnlea Shopping Centre, 100 Furlong Road, Cairnlea.

Cairnlea News & Lotto owner Phuong Nguyen said she was thrilled to sell her second division one winning entry for 2025.

“It’s amazing news! We’re so pleased to have sold another division one winning entry this year as the last one was only in February,” she said.

“We’ve sold 17 division one winning entries since owning the store, and it always makes us feel so proud when we sell one. We hope this is the start to a winning streak!”

The Lott spokesperson Anna Hobdell said she hoped the region’s latest division one winner checked their winning ticket and came forward soon.

“Someone is most likely walking around completely oblivious to the fact they’ve won a division one prize worth more than $1 million in Weekday Windfall,” she said.

“We’re urging anyone who purchased a Weekday Windfall ticket from Cairnlea News & Lotto to check their tickets as soon as possible because they could be the mystery winner we’re searching for!

“Can you imagine how life-changing it would be to discover you’ve taken home $1 million? Your plans for the rest of 2025 and beyond would change in a heartbeat.

“Make sure you check your tickets, and if you do discover that you are holding the winning ticket, contact The Lott on 131 868 to begin the process of claiming your prize.”

The winning numbers in Weekday Windfall draw 4549 on Wednesday 21 May 2025 were 5, 17, 23, 29, 6 and 36, while the supplementary numbers were 14 and 2.
