A Ballarat woman’s decision consistently play the same lottery numbers for many years has delivered her a spectacular $730,000 division one win in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw.

The Victorian held one of the seven division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4321, drawn Saturday 17 December 2022 and took home a total prize of $731,407.21.

The cheery woman admitted she’s still struggling to come to terms with the revelation, despite receiving confirmation from lottery officials about her windfall.

“Wow! I’m stunned!” she cheered.

“I don’t know how to react!

“I found out shortly after your missed calls. I’m at a friend’s place, so I wasn’t paying full attention to my phone.

“I was a bit unsure about them, but I decided to call The Lott in case.

“I can’t even say a lot of emotions are running through my head – it hasn’t hit my head yet!

“I can’t comprehend this!

“I’ve always played the exact same ticket for years and years. The same numbers, the same type of lottery ticket.

“This is a once-in-a-lifetime thing!”

When asked how she planned to enjoy her bounty, the stunned winner said she already had one priority with her prize.

“I’m currently renting, so I can now look forward to buying a brand-new unit,” she said.

“I can’t wait.”

Her winning marked 12-game entry was purchased online at thelott.com – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.
