A Bankstown woman has woken up from a nap to discover she won a “dream-come-true” $200,000 in today’s Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw.
The New South Wales player won the 1st Prize of $200,000 in Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1504, drawn Wednesday 21 October 2020.
As well as winning the 1st Prize, the stoked winner also won a consolation prize of $1,000.
Speaking with an official from The Lott this afternoon, the overwhelmed woman said she’d been waiting for some good news.
“I just woke up from a nap,” she explained.
“Gosh, I hope you’re calling me with good news. I really need some good news right now.
“Oh my gosh, oh my gosh!
“Struth, two hundred and one thousand dollars.
“I am blown away. Thank you so much!
“I have been waiting for a win like this.
“What an incredible surprise! It’s a dream-come-true!
“Bloody hell. I just can’t believe this.
“You’ve really made my day.
“I’ll be getting takeaway to celebrate.”
When asked how she planned to enjoy her win, the thrilled winner said she’d need some time to think, but she did have one idea.
“I am not really sure what I will do with the prize, but I would love to travel,” she explained.
“I think we might go on a big road trip around Australia once the borders open up.”
The winning entry of two consecutive numbers was purchased at Supanews Xpress Bankstown, Shops Ml 207 Centro Bankstown, Corner North Terrace and Lady Cutler Ave, Bankstown.
Supanews Xpress Bankstown employee Veda Priya said the outlet couldn’t be happier for their winner.
“We are very excited,” she said.
“Our customers have been waiting for a major win.
“We are so happy for the winner and are really glad we could sell her a winning ticket.

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $2.44 million for draw 1505 while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot is now $1.02 million for draw 10421.
