A group of seven workers from Bendigo are sporting winning smiles today after discovering their private workplace syndicate scored division one in Saturday’s TattsLotto draw.

The private syndicate held one of the seven division one winning entries nationally in TattsLotto draw 3869 on 18 August 2018. Each entry took home a division one prize of $622,806.56.

In addition to winning division one, the private syndicate’s System 7 QuickPick also scored division three 6 times, bolstering its total prize to $630,315.56.

But the Bendigo bunch were oblivious to their good fortune until a Tatts official made contact with them this morning.

“Oh my God! That’s amazing!” the syndicate leader exclaimed upon discovering her win.

“I’m welcoming this phone call!

“Do you know this ticket is a work syndicate? There’s seven of us. They’ll be over the moon!

“We’ve only been playing for three months. This will really boost team morale! That’s absolutely fantastic!”

The syndicate leader shared she couldn’t wait to spread the winning news to the other syndicate members, with each set to receive a share of the total prize worth more than $90,000.

She speculated her fellow syndicate members might use their TattsLotto win in a number of ways – everything from paying off mortgages through to new cars and holidays.
