A Bundaberg resident or visitor is walking into the working week as a multi-millionaire after scoring more than $3.3 million in the weekend’s Saturday Gold Lotto draw, but they may have yet to discover their good fortune.
The mystery Wide Bay winner held one of the six division one winning entries nationally in Saturday Gold Lotto draw 4547 on Saturday 15 February 2025. Each division one winning entry scored $3,333,333.34.
If the winner had been part of The Lott Members Club and registered their ticket to a player card or online account, they would have been alerted to their good fortune immediately after the draw.
Instead, officials from The Lott are eagerly waiting for the ticketholder to check their ticket and come forward.
The winning entry was purchased at Chippindalls Newsagency, 116 Bourbong Street, Bundaberg.
Chippindalls Newsagency owner Peter Heaps said it was super exciting to have sold a division one winning entry worth $3.3 million.
“It was great news to hear that we had sold a division one prize in Saturday Gold Lotto. It really was exciting, and we’re all feeling on cloud nine,” he said.
“We’ve been telling as many of our customers as we can that we’ve sold a division one winning entry. I think our customers will want to know that we sold a division one winning entry and I’m sure it will make them happy.
“To be honest, it has been a while since we sold a division one winning ticket. We’ve sold two or three in the last 20 years, so we’re really pleased to add another to the tally.
“Congratulations to the winner. Enjoy it all!”
The Lott spokesperson Anna Hobdell said she hoped the region’s latest division one winner checked their ticket and came forward soon.
“Our elusive winner is likely oblivious to the fact they’ve won more than $3.3 million in the weekend’s Saturday Gold Lotto draw and become a newly-minted multi-millionaire,” she said.
“We’re urging anyone who purchased a Saturday Gold Lotto ticket from Chippindalls Newsagency to check their tickets today!

The winning numbers in Saturday Gold Lotto draw 4547 on 15 February 2025 were 18, 41, 8, 19, 31 and 43, while the supplementary numbers were 9 and 11.
Across Australia, there were six division one winning entries in Saturday Gold Lotto draw 4547 – two each in Victoria and South Australia, and one each in Queensland and New South Wales.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 311 so far in FY25, including 80 won by Golden Casketcustomers.
In FY24, Saturday Gold Lotto created 158 millionaires across Australia.
During this time, there were 292 division one winning Saturday Gold Lotto entries across Australia that collectively won more than $436 million.
