Adelaide’s latest millionaire might be completely unaware they won more than $2.3 million in a recent Keno draw almost two months ago, with officials urging players in the region to check their tickets.
The mystery player held a Keno Spot 10 winning entry in draw 230424 458, drawn Wednesday, 24 April 2023 and took home a total prize of $2,305,748.10.
However, the player has yet to check their winning ticket and start the prize claim process.
The winning Keno Spot 10 entry was purchased at Lonsdale Hotel, 25/27 Sherriffs Rd, Lonsdale.
The Lonsdale Hotel team are over the moon to have sold a million-dollar winning entry at their venue and hope the winner comes forward soon to claim their prize.
Keno spokesperson Anna Hobdell said she encouraged all players who purchased a Keno entry at Lonsdale Hotel to check their tickets as soon as possible.
“Someone could be walking around with a winning ticket worth more than $2.3 million in their back pocket or handbag, without even knowing they’ve won,” she said.
“We’re urging all players who purchased a Keno entry at Lonsdale Hotel to check their tickets today – you could be holding a major Keno winning entry!
“Imagine discovering you’re the winner we’re searching for. Think of all the exciting things you could do with an extra $2.3 million in the bank account.
“Past winners have used their prizes to purchase cars, renovate their homes, or go on trips around Australia.
“If you discover you’re holding the winning Keno Spot 10 ticket, hold on tight to it and contact The Lott on 131 868 so that we can start the prize claim process.”
In 2022, there were more than 5.67 million Keno wins across South Australia worth more than $97.34 million. This included 44 Keno Spot 8, 9 and 10 winners across South Australia who scored more than $7.17 million.
