A Cobram lottery player has kick-started the week a multi-millionaire after scoring a division one prize worth $2 million in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw - they just don’t know it yet.

The Goulburn Valley player held one of the 10 division one winning entries nationally in TattsLotto draw 4099, drawn Saturday 31 October 2020. Each division one winning entry took home a prize worth $2 million.

The winning entry is registered to a Tatts Card, however the contact details appear to be out of date which means officials from The Lott have no way of contacting the winner to break the exciting news.

The winning entry was purchased at Cobram Lotto, 34 Punt Road, Cobram.

Cobram Lotto owner Dean Clydesdale said he was thrilled his outlet had sold another division one winning entry.

“We’ve owned the outlet for nearly 18 years and this is the 16th division one winning entry we’ve sold,” he explained.

“This is the largest division one prize we’ve ever sold, so we are thrilled!

“The last time we sold a winning entry was in April 2018, so we’ve been patiently waiting for another win and we are so thrilled it has come our way.

“We hope the winner discovers their exciting win soon!”

The Lott spokesperson Bronwyn Spencer said Cobram’s mystery winner was a great reminder to players to keep their contact details up to date.

“Imagine walking around not realising you’re $2 million richer!” she exclaimed.

“Our Cobram player might be hard at work today not realising they could soon hand in their notice or retire thanks to becoming an overnight millionaire.

“They could be planning a long-overdue holiday, visiting car yards to choose their new car or even talking to a real estate agent to find their dream home.

“The possibilities of what they could be doing today are endless if only they would check their ticket!

“There are two million reasons why Cobram lottery players should check their tickets today as they could be the mystery winner we are searching for.

“It’s also a great reminder to all of our players to make sure their contact details are up to date so we can call them directly with any life-changing news.”

Last financial year, TattsLotto created 127 millionaires across Australia.
