A Devonport resident or visitor snagged a Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize win, but first, they need to check their ticket and discover their life-enhancing $100,000 prize.

The mystery Tasmanian player held the 1st Prize winning entry in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 11042, drawn Tuesday 7 October 2025. They look forward to a sweet $100,000.

If the winner had been part of The Lott Members Club and registered their ticket to a player card or online account, they would have already been alerted to their newfound treasure. Instead, officials from The Lott are eagerly waiting for the ticketholder to check their ticket and come forward.

The winning entry was purchased at East Devonport Newsagency & Lotto, 71 Wright Street, East Devonport.

The Lott spokesperson Eliza Wregg said she hoped Tasmania’s latest major prize winner checked their ticket and discovered their newfound treasure soon.

“Someone is most likely walking around completely oblivious to the fact they scored $100,000 in a recent Lucky Lotteries draw,” she said.

“We’re encouraging anybody who purchased a Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot ticket from East Devonport Newsagency & Lotto to check their ticket as soon as possible because they could be the mystery winner we’re searching for!

“With $100,000 heading their way, they could jet-set off around the globe, buy their dream home or lend a helping hand to their nearest and dearest.

“Make sure you check your tickets, and if you do discover that you are holding the winning ticket, contact The Lott on 131 868 to begin the process of claiming your prize.

“This is also an important reminder for players to register their lottery tickets to a player card or online account with The Lott Members Club, so if they are to score a major prize, we can reach out to them with the winning news.”

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $14.80 million for draw 1724, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $890,003 for draw 11043.

In FY25, 182 Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize and Jackpot Prize winning entries across Australia won more than $20.5 million.

Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot and Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot are raffle-style games, which means there is a set number of tickets in each draw. As each ticket number is unique there is no sharing of prizes.

Each game has two draws – one that determines the winning numbers and one that determines the jackpot number. If the jackpot number matches one of the winning numbers, then the Jackpot Prize is won. If the jackpot number does not match one of the winning numbers, the Jackpot Prize will climb for the next draw.

Tickets can be purchased at any licenced lottery outlet, online from thelott.com or via The Lott mobile app.

The official home of Australia’s lotteries, The Lott operates and markets Australia’s leading lottery games customers know and love creating everyday winners, winning every day.

In FY25, more than 123.8 million winners took home more than $4.1 billion in prize money from their favourite games at The Lott, including TattsLotto, Weekday Windfall, Powerball, Oz Lotto, Set for Life, Lucky Lotteries, Keno (SA), Super 66, Lotto Strike and Instant Scratch-Its.

Last financial year, Australia’s official lotteries contributed more than $1.66 billion via state lottery taxes and donations to help community initiatives, such as hospitals, health research, disaster relief and education.  As part of its commitment to supporting the community, The Lott proudly supports Play For Purpose, the not-for-profit charity raffle that gives Australians the chance to win while helping more than 500 causes across the country.
