A resident or visitor to Kiama had a winning weekend after scoring $4.8 million in Set for Life, though they may not yet know it.
The elusive ticketholder held the only division one winning entry nationally in Set for Life draw 3404, drawn Saturday 30 November 2024. They can look forward to a total division one prize of $4.8 million, paid in monthly instalments of $20,000 a month for the next 20 years.
If the winner had been part of The Lott Members Club and registered their ticket to a player card or online account, they would have already been alerted to their good fortune. Instead, officials from The Lott are eagerly waiting for the ticketholder to check their ticket and come forward.
The winning entry was purchased at Nextra Kiama, Shop T3, Kiama Village, 143 Terralong Street, Kiama.
The Lott spokesperson Matt Hart said he hoped the South Coast’s latest division one winner checked their ticket and came forward soon.
“Our elusive winner is likely oblivious to the fact they became a multi-millionaire on the weekend. Imagine starting the working week not knowing you’ve won $4.8 million!” he said.
“We’re encouraging anyone who purchased a Set for Life ticket from Nextra Kiama to check their ticket today!
“Just imagine how exhilarating it would be to discover you won $20,000 a month for the next 20 years! Your plans for the rest of the year and the future will change forever!
“Make sure you check your tickets, and if you discover you are holding the winning ticket, contact The Lott on 131 868 to begin the prize claim process.”
The winning numbers in Set for Life draw 3404 on Saturday 30 November 2024 were 33, 19, 40, 29, 28, 3 and 5, while the supplementary numbers were 38 and 9.
Across Australia, there was one division one winning entry in Set for Life draw 3404 – the entry from New South Wales.
This marks the 145 Set for Life division one winner nationally since the game began and the 19th Set for Life division one winner so far this calendar year.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 412 so far in FY24, including 119 won by NSW Lotteries customers.
In FY24, there were 12 Set for Life division one winners across Australia who will receive $57.6 million during the next 20 years.
By 30 June 2024, more than $131.48 million in monthly payments of $20,000 had been paid to the 130 Set for Life division one winners across Australia.
