A Sylvania shopper could have almost half a million reasons to celebrate this week – as soon as they check their ticket from Saturday Lotto and discover they have won division one!
The mystery winner held one of the nine division one winning entries across Australia in Saturday Lotto draw 3891 on Saturday 3 November 2018. Each entry takes home the division one prize of $441,295.45.
The winning entry was purchased at Southgate Newsagency, Shop 30, Southgate Shopping Centre, Cnr Princes Highway & Port Hacking Road, Sylvania.
NSW Lotteries spokesperson Matt Hart said the division one winning entry was not registered to a Players Club card, so he had no way of contacting the winner to break the life-changing news.
“If you bought a ticket in Saturday Lotto from Southgate Newsagency, we urge you to check it now! You could be our mystery division one winner!” he said.
“If you discover you are holding the division one winning ticket, contact NSW Lotteries on 131 868 to begin the process of claiming your prize.”
Southgate Newsagency owner Helen Yan said she couldn’t wait to unite the winning ticketholder with their division one prize.
“Everyone has been coming in and asking if the winner has come forward to collect their prize,” she said.
“It’s been really exciting in the store as everyone has been checking their tickets.
“It’s been a while since we last sold a division one winning entry so it’s great to have another one.”
So far this calendar year, Monday & Wednesday Lotto and Saturday Lotto have created 154 millionaires across Australia.
The winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 3891 on Saturday 3 November 2018 were 14, 5, 36, 12, 3 and 35, while the supplementary numbers were 15 and 42.
Across Australia, there were nine division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 3891 – three from Victoria, two each from Queensland and New South Wales, and one each from the Northern Territory and Western Australia.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 137 so far this financial year, including 45 won by NSW Lotteries customers.
In the 12 months to 30 June 2018, there were 290 division one winning Saturday Lotto entries across the Lott’s jurisdictions, which collectively won more than $302.7 million.
