A Circular Head woman who has seen several family members win major lotteries prizes in the past, was happy to discover she now joins the list, after winning $100,000 in yesterday’s Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.
The Tasmanian player won the guaranteed 1st Prize of $100,000 in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10335, drawn Monday 25 November 2019.
A Tatts official called the woman this morning, who had no idea she’d won the 1st Prize.
“Oh my god! Oh my god! Oh my god!” she exclaimed.
“This isn’t a joke, is it? Please tell me this isn’t a joke?
“Gosh this is amazing, amazing!
“This is such a shock. I had no idea.
“The funny thing is, a few of my family members have won major prizes before, so I have been waiting for my turn.
“I think I am definitely going to have to celebrate tonight.”
When asked how she planned to enjoy her prize, the happily surprised winner said while she’d need some time to think, she did have a few ideas.
“My brain needs to kick into gear. I feel all over the place,” she explained.
“I will probably do some renovations on my house and pay some bills. But I am not sure what I will do with the rest.”
The happy woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased her winning entry of five random numbers online at thelott.com – Australia’s official lotteries.
The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $8.13 million for draw 1461 while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot is now $630,000 for draw 10336.
