Adelaide residents and visitors are being urged to check their Weekday Windfall tickets this morning, after two mystery players each scored a life-changing $1 million in last night’s draw.

The two unknown South Australian ticketholders each held one of the four division one winning entries in Weekday Windfall draw 4410 drawn Monday 1 July 2024.

The winning entries were not registered to a player card or online account, meaning officials from The Lott have no way of contacting the winners and must wait for them to check their tickets and come forward.

The tickets were purchased at Metro Newsagency Newton, Shop 26 Newton Shopping Centre, 299 Montacute Road, Newton and Woodville North Deli, 171C Hanson Road, Woodville North.

Metro Newsagency Newton owner Chuong Nguyen said he was thrilled to hear his outlet had sold a winning ticket.

“We are honoured to be an outlet that has sold a division one winning ticket. It feels even better as we just marked the seven-year anniversary of our shop opening so it felt like a special reward!” he said.

“We will be printing out the first division prize winner banner to let everyone know the exciting news.

“It’s a great community here and I’m sure our customers will be very happy for us and the lucky ticketholder.

Congratulations to our fortunate customer and we wish you all the best with your prize.”

The Lott spokesperson Khat McIntyre said she couldn’t wait to unite South Australia’s latest division one winners with their life-changing prizes.

Congratulations Adelaide on creating two new millionaires last night!” she said.

“Our mystery winners are likely going about their day completely oblivious to the fact they’ve won $1 million each in last night’s Weekday Windfall draw.

“We’re encouraging anyone who purchased a Weekday Windfall ticket from Metro Newsagency Newton or Woodville North Deli to check their tickets as soon as possible!

“Imagine if the ticket that’s sitting in your glove box, tucked in your purse or by your bedside table is worth $1 million!

“Make sure you check your tickets and if you do discover you are holding the winning ticket, contact The Lott on 131 868 to begin the process of claiming your prize.”

The winning numbers in Weekday Windfall draw 4410 on Monday 1 July 2024 were 13, 7, 15, 29, 5 and 11, while the supplementary numbers were 20 and 38.

Across Australia, there were four division one winning entries in Weekday Windfall draw 4410 – two in South Australia and one each in Victoria and Queensland.

The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 212 so far in 2024, including 14 won by SA Lotteries customers.
