Each player held one of the 13 division one winning entries nationally in Saturday Gold Lotto draw 4509, drawn Saturday 5 October 2024. Each division one winning entry scored $401,209.07.

A Mackay mum has confessed she’s still recovering from the shock discovery of her Saturday Gold Lotto win on Sunday morning.
“I still don’t believe it!” she cried when speaking to an official from The Lott.
“I’m shaking! It was a shock for me.
“It’s a good shock though!
“I’ve been playing these numbers for a long time – they’re family birthdates.
“When I checked my ticket just before, I screamed. My daughter came running to see what was wrong.My daughter has been telling me to breathe.
“This is going to help pay the bills and mortgage. It’s unbelievable.”
Her winning marked 12-game entry was purchased via The Lott app – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.
Mackay couple recover from 4am $400,000 surprise
A Mackay couple is relishing the opportunity to tick a few items off their wish list after discovering their $400,000 win in the early hours of Sunday morning.
“My husband happened to check the ticket early and woke me up,” the winning wife said when the win was confirmed by an official from The Lott.
“It’s amazing!
“He normally doesn’t check it until a few days after the draw, but he just said something made him check it. I’m glad he did!
“This stuff doesn’t happen to people like us.
“We’ve played these numbers for a while, but they were just picked randomly, and we kept playing them.
“I think we’ll want to buy a new car and perhaps put the rest in the bank until we decide what to do.
“We have time to decide what we want to do, and we can’t wait.”

The winning numbers in Saturday Gold Lotto draw 4509 on 5 October 2024 were 13, 30,18, 24, 27 and 15, while the supplementary numbers were 41 and 26.
