Ten days after the draw, a Dubbo man has finally checked his Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot entry to discover his dreamy $100,000 windfall.
The Orana region resident held the 1st Prize winning entry in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10755, drawn Tuesday 21 February 2023.
The win was one of two major lottery prizes won in the region during the past fortnight. A Dubbo West dad took home $1 million in Monday & Wednesday lotto draw 4264, drawn Monday 27 February 2023.
“It hasn’t sunk in yet!” the latest winning man cheered when officials from The Lott confirmed the winning news.
“I’ve been playing Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot for years and years!
“So, as you can imagine, this has been a long time coming!
“It’s a wonderful thing to happen to us!
“I went to check my ticket at the newsagency, and they quietly shared the win with me!
“You play for years and years, but you never think the winner could be you!
“It’s great! I’ve been wanting to do some renovations on our home for a while now.
“This will certainly help with that!
“Thank you so much.”
The winning entry was purchased at News at the Mall, T35 Orana Mall Marketplace Mitchell Highway, Dubbo.
The News at the Mall team said they were over the moon to have sold a 1st Prize winning entry and wished their winner a warm congratulations and all the best for the future.
The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $2.92 million for draw 1605, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $4.66 million for draw 10758.
In 2022, 274 Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize and Jackpot winning entries across Australia won more than $80.49 million.
