A woman from Erina has admitted she couldn’t stop jogging on the spot in excitement today after discovering she became a newly-minted Saturday Lotto multi-millionaire two weeks ago.
The Central Coast resident held one of the 14 division one winning entries nationally in Saturday Lotto draw 4535, drawn Saturday 4 January 2025. Each entry scored $2,142,872.10.
The New South Wales woman was the second-last person to learn of her multi-million-dollar win from that Saturday Lotto draw, with officials still searching for a Victorian division one winner from Wonthaggi.
If the winner had been part of The Lott Members Club and registered her ticket to a player card or online account, she would have already been alerted to her newfound treasure.
“Oh my gosh! This is not happening!” she laughed when her prize was confirmed by an official from The Lott.
“Oh my gosh! I’m so happy! I can’t stop jogging on the spot.
“I went to check some old lottery tickets today, and for each one it kept saying, 'No win, no win’. Then I scanned the very last one I had and at first, I thought it said I’d won $2,000!
"I was already excited about $2,000, but then the store team member told me to contact The Lott, and here we are now!
“I have raced home, because I was really worried that I was going to lose the ticket at the shops. I’ve hid it in a safe place!
“I had absolutely no idea for two weeks. Wow!
“You have no idea how life-changing this is for me.
“What a shock. I now have to continue working and I don’t know how I’m going to concentrate.
“Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”
The newly-crowned multi-millionaire revealed her initial plans for the prize, beginning with a visit to the optometrist and the orthodontist.
“I can get new glasses and fix my teeth!” she shared.
“I’m also sick of renting, so I’ll be buying a house!
“Oh my gosh. I can’t believe it. It’s so exciting!”
The division one winning entry was purchased at Nextra Erina Market, Shop T094 Erina Fair, 620 - 658 Terrigal Drive, Erina.
Nextra Erina Market manager Katy McHugh said she was over the moon to hear her mystery division one winner had checked their ticket and come forward.
“I messaged my co-workers when I heard the good news and we’re all so excited!” she said. “We have put some posters up already and we’ve been carefully checking all tickets that come through!
“We’re so happy to hear our division one winner has now checked their ticket and discovered their $2.14 million; what a dream come true for them!

The winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 4535 on 4 January 2025 were 33, 19, 8, 23, 10 and 31, while the supplementary numbers were 42 and 13.
Across Australia, there were 14 division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 4535 – six each in Victoria and New South Wales, and two in Queensland.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 273 so far in FY25, including 73 won by NSW Lotteries customers. In FY24, Saturday Lotto created 158 millionaires across Australia. During this time, there were 292 division one winning Saturday Lotto entries across Australia that collectively won more than $436 million.
