A Central Coast woman has described her $1 million Weekday Windfall win as one of the craziest moments of her life, surpassing her wedding day and the birth of her children.

The Central Coast resident held one of the two division one winning entries nationally in Weekday Windfall draw 4617, on Monday 27 October 2025. Each entry scored a $1 million prize.

On top of her million-dollar bounty, she also won division three 6 times bolstering her total bounty to $1,004,098.30.

When an official from The Lott called the winning mum, she shared she’d been struggling to sleep since checking her ticket.

“I’ve got a bit of a headache today!” she laughed.

“I didn’t go to sleep at all on Monday night, but finally last night at around 10:30 pm, I went to bed. I had a show on for about five minutes before my head hit the pillow, and I was fast asleep.

“I’ve been running on adrenaline since I saw all the numbers come up on the television. I recognised my numbers straight away because I’ve been using the same set for the past 20 years.

“My heart just started jumping out of my chest. I’ve never felt like that in all my life. Even when I got married, even when I had kids! It was just such a gobsmacking feeling.

“Honestly, it was really just unbelievable. I’ve been pinching myself ever since.”

When asked how she planned to use her newfound fortune, the winning woman had a couple of ideas in mind.

“Over the weekend, I was down in the dumps because my washing machine was playing up and I looked up at the sky and went, ‘God, can you do something about this?’. Now look!” she said.

“I’ll also be able to buy a home and move closer to my children.

“I’ve never been one to want to travel or go overseas but ever since I was a little girl, I wanted to go to Darwin so now I can even do that.”

The winning System 7 entry was purchased at Wyoming Newsagency, Shop 28B Wyoming Shopping Village, 495 Pacific Highway, Wyoming.

The winning numbers in Weekday Windfall draw 4616 on Monday 27 October 2025 were 23, 37, 11, 3, 15 and 22, while the supplementary numbers were 41 and 13.

Across Australia, there were two division one winning entries in Weekday Windfall draw 4616 – one each in New South Wales and Western Australia.
