A Chadstone woman has revealed a fortune-teller predicted that one day she would win division one – a prediction that came true in Saturday’s TattsLotto draw!

The Melbourne resident held one of the seven division one winning entries nationally in TattsLotto draw 3911, drawn Saturday 12 January 2019. Each entry took home a division one prize of $544,506.45.

As well as winning the coveted division one prize, the winner’s System 10 QuickPick entry also scored multiple divisional prizes, including division two 6 times, division three 18 times, division four 90 times and division five 60 times, bolstering her total prize to $603,565.35.

Sharing her excitement with a Tatts official this morning, the woman revealed how she came to hold the winning ticket.

“I started playing TattsLotto in the year 2000 after a fortune teller told me I was going to win,” she explained.

“She told me I would win division one three times, so I’ve been playing every week since then after researching different ways of how to play.

“But we’ve been waiting almost 20 years to win the first one! The first time in my life I’ve ever won anything!”

When asked how she planned to spend her division one windfall the happy winner didn’t hesitate to share how she would enjoy the win.

“I’ll pay off my mortgage!” she declared.

“We haven’t been on holidays until 2015, so we will go on a family holiday to Hawaii!

“I’ll take my two children and grandchildren with me and have a well-deserved holiday.”

The happy winner said the win had come at a great time ahead of family celebrations.

“We are celebrating our wedding anniversary at the end of the month, and my family will be coming to join us so we will all celebrate the win together then,” she shared.

The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased her entry at 18 Lucky Lotto, Shop G18B, Springvale Shopping Centre, 46-58 Buckingham Ave, Springvale.

Co-owner of 18 Lucky Lotto Raymond Luong said the team was ecstatic after hearing that one of their customers had won division one.

“We are always striving to sell a division one winning entry and are excited to celebrate this milestone!” he exclaimed.

“We are sure that our customers will be filled with joy that one of our customers has won division one and they will hope they are next!

“Our outlet has sold 19 division one winning entries since we opened in 1984, most recently a syndicate share in December.

“We are so happy for our customer and we wish them all the best. We hope they have a happy and lucky new year!”
