Four weeks after the winning numbers were drawn, a mystery Helensvale Gold Lotto winner has yet to come forward to collect their division one win.
The unregistered entry was one of the six division one winning entries across Australia in Saturday Gold Lotto draw 3867 on 11 August 2018. Each entry took home a division one prize of $671,513.12.
The winning entry was not registered to a Winners Circle card which means Golden Casket officials have no way of contacting the winner to break the life-changing news.
The winning entry was purchased at Golden Lucky News, Shop 1040, Westfield Helensvale, 1-29 Millaroo Drive, Helensvale.
Golden Lucky News owner Lin Zhou said while she had been celebrating the outlet’s first division one win, she hoped the unsuspecting winner would discover their good fortune soon.
“We’ve been letting all our customers know we’ve had a win and reminding them to check their tickets,” she said.
“Every day we hope the winner comes in to check their ticket and discover their happy news.”
Golden Casket spokesperson Matt Hart said the Helensvale winner could already be enjoying their Gold Lotto windfall.
“We’re in the business of paying prizes and we’re ready to drop more than $671,000 into someone’s bank account. But just who is the mystery ticketholder?” he said.

Mr Hart also reminded players of the importance of registering their entry to a Winners Circle card.

So far this calendar year, Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto and Saturday Gold Lotto have created 132 millionaires across Australia.
The six winning numbers in Saturday Gold Lotto draw 3867 on Saturday 11 August 2018 were 1, 23, 8, 15, 44, and 20. The supplementary numbers were 11 and 18.
Across Australia there were six division one winning entries in Saturday Gold Lotto draw 3867 – two each from Queensland and Victoria, and one each from New South Wales and Western Australia.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 279 so far this calendar year, including 62 won by Golden Casket customers.
