A young dad from Werribee is beaming with joy and looking forward to an especially merry and bright festive season after pocketing more than $900,000 in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw.
The Melburnian held one of the seven division one winning entries nationally in TattsLotto draw 4631, drawn Saturday 6 December 2025. He looks forward to $900,185.73.
The winner had no idea he’d landed a division one prize over the weekend until an official from The Lott surprised him with the exciting news.
“Wow! Thank you very much!” he exclaimed.
“I had no idea! I haven’t checked my ticket!
“I’ve always dreamt of winning and I even read the major lottery winners' stories, but I never thought it would happen to me.
“Thank you for sharing the good news with me today!”
When asked how he planned to enjoy his surprise windfall, the Victorian couldn’t help but think of his kids.
“We have a young family, so we’ll save for our kid’s future,” he shared.
“I can’t wait to tell my wife today. I’ll have to wait to see her in-person.”
His winning System 8 entry was purchased via The Lott app – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.
The winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 4631 on 6 December 2025 were 17, 42, 5, 10, 33 and 45, while the supplementary numbers were 31 and 44.
Across Australia, there were seven division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4631 – three in Victoria, two in New South Wales and one each in Queensland and South Australia.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 405 so far in 2025, including 165 won by Tatts customers.
In FY25, TattsLotto created 165 millionaires across Australia.
During this time, there were 341 division one winning TattsLotto entries across Australia that collectively won more than $420 million.
