A Gawler shopper is grinning from ear to ear after scoring a gleaming $1.4 million in the weekend’s Saturday X Lotto draw.
The South Australian held one of the seven division one winning entries across Australia in Saturday X Lotto draw 4315 on Saturday 26 November 2022 and took home $1,428,571.43.
However, how the winner plans to spend their windfall will forever remain a mystery as they have chosen to stay completely anonymous and celebrate in private.
The winning entry was purchased from Northern News, Shop 24, Gawler Central Shopping Centre, 1 Cowan Street, Gawler.
The Lott spokesperson Anna Hobdell said she was sure the winner was busy making exciting plans for the rest of the year with their windfall.
“While we may never know how they plan to enjoy their prize, we have no doubt they are over the moon with their windfall,” she said.
“Other winners tell us they use their prize to help their families, buy a new house, upgrade their home with renovations or splurge on a new car.
“However our winner chooses to use their prize, we hope they enjoy the winning feeling as long as they can.”
The winning numbers in Saturday X Lotto draw 4315 on 26 November 2022 were 31, 14, 29, 12, 45 and 22, while the supplementary numbers were 36 and 11.
Across Australia, there were seven division one winning entries in Saturday X Lotto draw 4315 – two each in New South Wales and Victoria and one each in Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 400 so far this calendar year, including 37 won by SA Lotteries customers.
In FY22, Saturday X Lotto created 196 millionaires across Australia.
During this time, there were 324 division one winning in Saturday X Lotto entries across Australia that collectively won more than $461.69 million.
