A Campbelltown woman is proving good fortune and good hearts go hand in hand, planning to buy her parents a house with her $2 million Lotto Strike win.
The New South Wales resident held the only division one winning entry nationally in Lotto Strike draw 5864 on Monday 1 June 2026. She can look forward to a clean $2 million.
When an official from The Lott called the winner, her head was still spinning after checking her ticket the night before.
“Oh my god! I’ve been waiting for your call!” she laughed.
“I checked my ticket last night and couldn’t believe it! I only slept about three hours after that.
“I called my husband who was driving and I said, ‘You better pull over!’. I can’t repeat what he replied with but just know it was a lot of profanities.
“It’s a dream come true!”
Despite becoming a newly minted-millionaire overnight, the kind-hearted woman only had one immediate plan for her fortune.
“We’ve already spoken about it and first and foremost, we’re going to buy a house for my parents,” she said.
“They’re renting and it’s been tough for them. Then we’ll have a think about the rest. We’ll probably save it for a rainy day.”
Her 2-game QuickPick entry was purchased via The Lott app – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.
The winning numbers in Lotto Strike draw 5864 on Monday 1 June 2026 were 13, 11, 39 and 33.
Lotto Strike is an add-on game played with Saturday Lotto and Weekday Windfall. Lotto Strike’s division one prize is won by selecting the first four numbers in the exact order they are drawn during the Lotto draw.
If no one picks all four winning numbers in the draw in same order drawn, the Lotto Strike Jackpot prize pool will jackpot for the next draw.
