A Hobart woman has declared her recent good fortune won’t change who she is after she bagged more than $1.5 million in a recent TattsLotto draw.
The terrific Tasmanian held one of the 13 division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4307, drawn Saturday 29 October 2022 and took home a total prize of $1,538,461.54.
“I’m still struggling to process the win. It’s such a surreal feeling!” she exclaimed when speaking with an official from The Lott.
“It’s definitely going to set me up for retirement sooner than I’d imagined, but I love my life, so I’ll continue to work and do the things I love.
“In saying that, it’s an incredible feeling and it’s definitely changed my plans for retirement in the future.
“I’d been having a coffee and eating my breakfast when I decided to check my entry.
“It was such a shock that I couldn’t eat anymore once I’d realised what had happened.
“Thank you so much. I still can’t believe this happened to me.”
Her winning 36-game QuickPick entry was purchased at Moonah Newsagency, Shop 12, 109 Main Road, Moonah.
The Moonah Newsagency team said they’re over the moon to have sold a division one winning entry and wish their winner all the best for the future.
The winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 4307 on 29 October 2022 were 7, 9, 42, 6, 22 and 3, while the supplementary numbers were 16 and 3.
Across Australia, there were 13 division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4307 – six from Queensland, three from Victoria, two from New South Wales and one each from Tasmania and Western Australia.
