A Bellmere woman and her family erupted in ecstatic cheers and were jumping so much they felt the house shaking after pocketing a life-enhancing $200,000 in today’s Lucky Lotteries draw.

The Queenslander held the 1st Prize winning entry in Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1736, drawn Monday 24 November 2025. She looks forward to the entire $200,000 prize.

The winning woman couldn’t help but let out a few expletives when an official from The Lott called and revealed her windfall.

“Are you f***ing kidding me?” she screamed.

“Oh my god! I can’t believe it!

“This couldn’t have come at a better time.

“My entire family is over at the moment, andI put you on speaker phone as you confirmed the prize.

“We’re all jumping up and down, and my son is screaming. I think we’re making the house shake.

“How unbelievable. This is just great!”

With $200,000 set to boost her bank account just in time for the festive season, the overjoyed mum wasted no time dreaming of what she’d put her prize towards.

“We might buy our daughter a new car as an early Christmas present,” she shared.

“We’ve also got a lot of little things we’d like to do around our house.

“I’m honestly still in shock. I’ll have a better think about it once I calm down.”

Her winning entry of six random numbers was purchased on The Lott website – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $17.20 million for draw 1737, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $1.67 million for draw 11049.

In FY25, 182 Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize and Jackpot Prize winning entries across Australia won more than $20.5 million.

Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot and Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot are raffle-style games, which means there is a set number of tickets in each draw. As each ticket number is unique there is no sharing of prizes.

Each game has two draws – one that determines the winning numbers and one that determines the jackpot number. If the jackpot number matches one of the winning numbers, then the Jackpot Prize is won. If the jackpot number does not match one of the winning numbers, the Jackpot Prize will climb for the next draw.

Tickets can be purchased at any licenced lottery outlet, online from thelott.com or via The Lott mobile app.

The official home of Australia’s lotteries, The Lott operates and markets Australia’s leading lottery games customers know and love creating everyday winners, winning every day.

In FY25, more than 123.8 million winners took home more than $4.1 billion in prize money from their favourite games at The Lott, including Saturday Gold Lotto, Weekday Windfall, Powerball, Oz Lotto, Set for Life, Lucky Lotteries, Keno (SA), Super 66, Lotto Strike and Instant Scratch-Its.

Last financial year, Australia’s official lotteries contributed more than $1.66 billion via state lottery taxes and donations to help community initiatives, such as hospitals, health research, disaster relief and education.  As part of its commitment to supporting the community, The Lott proudly supports Play For Purpose, the not-for-profit charity raffle that gives Australians the chance to win while helping more than 500 causes across the country.
