A Kew man has confessed he feels like a king after bagging an incredible $100,000 windfall in a recent Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.
The Melbourne resident won the guaranteed 1st Prize of $100,000 in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10637, drawn Tuesday 9 August 2022.
Confirming his incredible win with an official from The Lott, the elated winner thanked Lucky Lotteries’ mascot Lucky the Cat for bringing his run of bad luck to an abrupt halt.
“I’ve never won anything and honestly, never thought I would!” he exclaimed.
“It feels like it’s always been a case of so close, yet so farfor me. So, this is incredible!
“Looks like my bad luck has started to turn.
“My goodness, this is amazing. The last couple of years were tough with the pandemic so this is a huge boost.
“I’ll put most of the win towards a house deposit and the rest I’ll share with my family.
“I still can’t believe this. Thank you!”
His winning entry of 10 random numbers was purchased at Shoppingtown Lotto, Kiosk 14, Westfield Doncaster, 610 Doncaster Road, Doncaster.
The Shoppingtown Lotto team said they were over the moon to have sold a 1st Prize winning entry and wished their winner all the best for their future.
The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $13.01 million for draw 1585, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $21.865 million for draw 10639.
In 2021, 127 Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize and Jackpot winning entries across Australia won more than $32.95 million.
During this time, the biggest Lucky Lotteries prize was won by a Coolangatta man who a Mega Jackpot prize of $9.41 million in May.
