A Lockyer Valley couple say they’re looking forward to a stress-free future after scoring division one in the weekend’s Saturday Gold Lotto draw
The regional Queenslanders held one of the seven division one winning entries across Australia in Saturday Gold Lotto draw 4175, drawn Saturday 24 July 2021. Each division one winning entry took home $834,643.56.
Confirming their win with an official from The Lott, the winning woman explained they’d checked their ticket early Sunday morning.
“That’s amazing!” she laughed.
“Thank you.
“It’s amazing, absolutely amazing. It’s gives us a sense of security.
“One minute you’re struggling, the next minute you’re not.
“It’s incredible. It will make our life so much easier.
“I’ve been playing for such a long time. I’ve always had lots of little wins over the years, but this is something else.
“I never dreamt I’d win division one, but here we are. It is unbelievable
“We’re shell-shocked!”
With a division one prize about to hit their bank account, the pair were looking forward to never having to worry about another bill.
“We will put it in the bank for now,” she explained.
“Eventually, we will buy ourselves a new car and maybe do some renovations!”
“It will be great!”
The life-changing entry was purchased at Foodworks Withcott, Shop 12, 8616 Warrego Highway, Withcott.
Foodworks Withcott manager Umesh Manandhar said it was an amazing feeling knowing one of their customers had won a division one prize.

“Everyone is delighted, and you can certainly feel the sense of excitement among our customers.

The winning numbers in Saturday Gold Lotto draw 4175 on 24 July 2021 were 30, 12, 26, 16, 40 and 27, while the supplementary numbers were 13 and 15.
Across Australia, there were seven division one winning entries in Saturday Gold Lotto draw 4175 – three from Victoria, one each from New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania, and Western Australia.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 254 so far this calendar year, including 65 won by Golden Casket customers.
