A Manly man won’t just be blowing out birthday candles this month, but also celebrating his $100,000 win after scoring the 1st Prize in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot.

The Northern Sydney resident won the guaranteed 1st Prize of $100,000 in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10550, drawn Wednesday 6 April 2022.

Straight after the draw, an official from The Lott reached out to the New South Wales winner, who admitted he’d been waiting for a win to land his way for a long time.

“That’s fantastic! How exciting,” he chuckled.

“This is a great early birthday present which will be hard for any of my family and friends to top!

“What a lovely surprise – I had absolutely no idea.

“I’ve been waiting for a major lottery win for a while now. I’ve always persisted because you have to be in it for your chance to win big!

“Wow! It’s been a tough time as of late, so this will be a tremendous help.

“You’ve made my day!”

With $100,000 about to head into his bank account, the merry man shared he would save some of the prize, book a long-awaited holiday to London and celebrate at a lavish restaurant.

“I’ve faced some challenges in the past 12 months, and I think a holiday is calling my name, so I might visit London again,” he said.

“I already planned to have birthday celebrations next week and now I have one more thing to celebrate!”

His winning entry of two random numbers was purchased at Broadway Newsagency, Shop G26, Broadway Shopping Centre, 1 Bay Street, Broadway.

The Broadway Newsagency tem said they were over the moon to have sold a 1st Prize winning entry and hoped their winner enjoyed the prize.

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $8.69 million for draw 1567, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $10.4 million for draw 10551.

In 2021, 127 Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize and Jackpot winning entries across Australia won more than $32.95 million.
