A Middlemount woman busy cooking a curry has had her day interrupted by the news she scored a $33,000 division one prize in the weekend’s Super 66 draw.
The regional Queensland resident held the only division one winning entry across Australia in Super 66 draw 4285 on Saturday 13 August 2022. Her total windfall was $33,332.00.
“Hold on! I’ll just turn the stove off. I was in the middle of cooking a curry!” the winning woman exclaimed when an official from The Lott confirmed her prize.
“Thank you! That’s lovely! Awesome!
“I only enter Super 66 randomly. It’s something I only do every now and then. I’m so glad I entered now!
“It’s come at a great time as my husband and I would love to take a holiday somewhere in Australia!
“It’s long overdue and this will help enormously.”
The winning woman purchased her entry online at thelott.com – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.
The winning numbers in Super 66 draw 4285 on Saturday 13 August 2022 were 4, 6, 7, 3, 5 and 3.
Super 66 is an add-on game played with Saturday Gold Lotto, Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto, Oz Lotto and Powerball.
