A Penrith woman who won $200,000 in the latest Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw is looking forward to plenty of sweet dreams in 2021 with plans to use her prize to buy a new bed.

The Western Sydney winner held the 1st Prize winning entry in Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1512, drawn Tuesday 29 December 2020.

As well as winning the 1st Prize, the overjoyed woman also won a consolation prize of $2,000, boosting her total windfall to $202,000.

When an official from The Lott called the winner shortly after the draw late yesterday, she had no idea she’d just won more than $200,000.

“Holy sh**! Holy sh**!” she laughed.

“No way! No way, are you serious?

“You’re sure you’re not joking?

“This is insane! What the hell?

“I am crying. There are actual tears falling from my eyes. I can’t believe this!

“After a rather terrible year, what a way to end 2020 and walk into 2021!

“I can’t wait to tell my family. They are going to be so excited! We will definitely have to go out for dinner to celebrate.

“I love you!”

When asked how she planned to enjoy her prize, the stoked woman had no hesitation.

“I am going to get myself a new bed,” she shared.

“Actually, I could get a few new things, like a fridge, maybe even a couch!

“I’m certainly due for an upgrade.”

The winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased her entry of four consecutive numbers from thelott.com – Australia’s official lotteries.
