A young Mt Druitt man confessed to still being half-asleep when he received the news he was now $200,000 richer after winning the guaranteed 1st Prize in the latest Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw.

Speaking to a NSW Lotteries official today to confirm the prize, the hard-working man admitted he had just woken from a nap before starting nightshift.
“Are you joking? Is this serious? Is this real? I’m sorry, I’ve just woken up from a nap before I head to work and it’s taking me a minute to process!” he confessed.

“I’m not sure what I’ll do with it yet. It will help so much with everything!” he declared.
“It will definitely go towards a big holiday for a start. The family have wanted to go to New Zealand for a while, so I think it’s time to head over there.”
The winner also confessed a celebration of the life-changing news would have to wait.
“I’ve got to head to work, but hopefully we can spend a nice day out as a family tomorrow – just depends on the weather!” he laughed.
