UPDATE: Unregistered entry from Sydney’s eastern suburbs wins entire $30 million Oz Lotto windfall

The hunt is on for the winner of last night’s entire $30 million Oz Lotto jackpot prize, with NSW Lotteries narrowing the search to the eastern suburbs of Sydney.

Earlier this morning NSW Lotteries revealed the New South Wales entry had won the division one prize of $30 million winning entry in Oz Lotto draw 1282 on Tuesday 11 September 2018.

The entry, purchased at a NSW Lotteries outlet in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, was not registered to a Player’s Club card, so the identity of the ticketholder remains a mystery and they may have yet to discover they’re now $30 million richer.

It was the only winning entry in last night’s Oz Lotto draw 1282 on Tuesday 11 September 2018.

NSW Lotteries is urging all Sydney residents or visitors who purchased an entry in last night’s Oz Lotto draw to check their tickets and make contact to claim their prize.

NSW Lotteries spokesperson Bronnie Spencer said she urged anyone from Sydney’s eastern suburbs who purchased an entry in last night’s Oz Lotto draw to check their tickets.

“We can’t wait to confirm the out-of-this-world prize with our mystery winner!  Just imagine how $30 million might change your life and the lives of your nearest and dearest.

“There are 30 million reasons why all Sydney players who had an entry in last night’s draw should check their ticket this morning.

“If you discover you’re holding the division one winning entry, hold on tight to that ticket and phone 131 868 as soon as possible so that we can start the prize claim process!”

NSW Lotteries reminds players of the importance of registering their tickets to a Players Club card so all of their prizes are secure and they can be contacted directly with the good news of a big win.

So far this calendar year, Oz Lotto as created 16 millionaires across Australia.

The winning numbers in Oz Lotto’s $40 million draw 1282 on Tuesday 11 September 2018 were 6, 4, 36, 23, 2, 30 and 32. The supplementary numbers were 11 and 27.

Across Australia there was only one division one winning entry in Oz Lotto draw 1282 – an entry from New South Wales.

Last financial year, 18 Oz Lotto winning entries across the Lott’s jurisdictions won more than $182 million.

The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 280 so far this calendar year, including 73 won by NSW Lotteries customers.
