An Oberon woman admitted she never thought she’d be considering how to spend an extra $200,000 after winning the 1st Prize in today’s Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw.
The New South Wales player won the 1st Prize of $200,000 in Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1498, drawn Monday 17 August 2020.
Speaking with an official from the Lott this afternoon, the thrilled woman admitted she was still in a state of shock.
“Oh my god! I am shaking!” she said.
“That’s amazing! I have never won anything in my life!
“This is just incredible.
“I am in such a shock! I don’t know how I am going to calm down.
“When will this sink in? This feels so crazy!
“Gee what a lovely surprise!
“Thank you so very much. You’ve made my day!”
When asked how she planned to enjoy her prize, the stoked woman said she’d be sitting down tonight with a glass of champagne to make some exciting plans.
“I think I will do some home renovations,” she shared.
“I have never thought I would be considering how to spend an extra $200,000!”
The winning entry of two random numbers was purchased online at thelott.com – Australia’s official lotteries.
The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $1 million for draw 1499 while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot is now $2.84 million for draw 10402.
