One week after the $70 million Oz Lotto draw the mystery winner of a $23 million division one prize has yet to come forward to claim their windfall, demanding the question - where are they?

The elusive winner holds one the of three division one winning entries nationally in Oz Lotto draw 1310, drawn Tuesday 26 March 2019. Each division one winning entry takes home a prize of $23,333,333.34.

The winning ticket was purchased at Hobart City Lotto, Shop 2, Wellington Centre, 40-44 Argyle Street, Hobart.

Tatts is urging anyone who purchased their unregistered entry from Hobart City Lotto in the weeks and days leading up to the draw to check their ticket as soon as possible.

Tatts spokesperson Bronwyn Spencer urged Tasmania’s oblivious multi-millionaire to check their ticket as soon as possible so they could discover their life-changing news.

“We are so curious to know who our mystery $23 million Oz Lotto winner is and why it has taken them so long to come forward to claim their prize,” she shared.

“Tasmania isn’t a stranger to large wins, with a Tasmanian man scoring a $30 million Powerball division one prize in September last year.

“Similar to our mystery Oz Lotto winner, last year’s Powerball winner took five days to come forward, which prompts the question: why are Tasmanian lottery players so shy in coming forward?”

Ms Spencer added that Hobart’s mystery Oz Lotto millionaire holds Australia’s largest unclaimed division one prize.

“We currently have about a dozen unclaimed prizes across the country totalling $53 million,” she explained.

“However our Hobart winner’s entry takes the top spot as the largest unclaimed prize.

“We are eager to unite the winner with their windfall as the clock is ticking towards the prize claim deadline.”

Tasmanian lottery players have six months to claim their prize from Tatts before it is transferred to the Tasmanian Treasury and Finance office. Once the six-month deadline to claim has passed, the winner can submit a prize claim form to the Treasury and Finance office.

Tatts reminds players of the importance of registering their tickets to a Tatts Card so all of their prizes are secure and they can be contacted directly with the good news of a big win.

In 2018, there were 20 division one winning Oz Lotto entries across the Lott’s jurisdictions, which collectively won more than $253.7 million.

The winning numbers in Oz Lotto draw 1310 on Tuesday 26 March 2019 were 12, 28, 24, 29, 9, 18 and 25. The supplementary numbers were 13 and 31.

There were three division one winning entries in Oz Lotto draw 1310, two from Victoria and one from Tasmania.

The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 89 so far this financial year, including 43 won by Tatts customers.
