An Idalia man is preparing to tick a few things off his bucket list after discovering he’d bagged more than $120,000 in the weekend’s Super 66 draw.
The Townsville man held the only division one winning entry in Super 66 draw 4407 on Saturday 14 October 2023 and took home a total prize of $120,344.20.
“Holy s***!” the winning man exclaimed when an official from The Lott called to confirm his windfall.
“I thought this was going to be a run-of-the-mill Monday morning for me but I couldn’t have been more wrong!
“What is going on? This is amazing.
“I’ve played randomly for years now but for some reason, I had a feeling something was coming for me soon.
“I can’t wait to pay off my car loan, buy my first home, and I’ll have to book a holiday for my partner and I!
“New Zealand might be calling. I can’t wait to tell her, ‘We’re going to Hobbiton!’.
“Thanks so much, mate, this is the best call I’ve ever had!”
The man’s winning entry was purchased online at thelott.com – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.
The winning numbers in Super 66 draw 4407 on Saturday 14 October 2023 were 4, 5, 0, 9, 3 and 6.
Super 66 is an add-on game played with Saturday Gold Lotto, Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto, Oz Lotto and Powerball.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 325 so far in 2023, including 85 won by Golden Casket customers.
