A Clyde grandmother has proclaimed she’s the happiest woman on earth after discovering the life changing news that she won a division one prize of more than $1.7 million in Saturday’s $30 million TattsLotto Megadraw.

The ecstatic woman held one of the 17 division one winning entries nationally in TattsLotto draw 3907, drawn Saturday 29 December 2018. Each entry takes home a division one prize of $1,764,705.89.

Confirming her unexpected win with a TattsLotto official this morning, the woman broke down with tears of joy.

“You’ve made me the happiest woman on earth,” she cried.

“You’ve got no idea how excited I am, I don’t believe this is real!

“I’m so beside myself, I’ve had so much bad luck in the past, I still can’t believe it.”

The Melbourne resident shared how an ordinary online job hunt this morning lead to the million-dollar discovery.

“I was actually just looking at jobs online and I thought I’d better check this TattsLotto ticket that I got last Saturday so I went onto the Lott website,” she explained.

“I punched my numbers in and I thought there’s no way this could be real.

“I’m totally blown away!

“I thought maybe I would get the lowest prize or something like that, but I would have never thought I’d win division one.

“This is just incredible.”

As the life changing news sunk in, she realised 2019 would be a year like no other and her working days were officially over.

“I was really stressing out because I was supposed to go back to work next week and now I don’t have to ever go back to work again!” she exclaimed.

“I’ll pay off my house, pay some bills and help my kids out.

“And I’m going to travel.

“This has made my year, it really has.”

The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased her winning entry at Stud Park Lotto, Kiosk 3, Stud Park Shopping Centre, Stud Road, Rowville.

Stud Park Lotto owner Kun Lao said the team was ecstatic to have sold another division one winning entry.

“We consider our outlet a very lucky shop because we have not only sold two Tattslotto division one winning entries but we also sold a winning Powerball entry worth $16.7 million in 2013,” she explained.

“We’re so excited that we’ve sold another big winning entry, we’ve been waiting for this day.

“We wish our division one winner all the very best.”

In 2018, Monday & Wednesday Lotto and TattsLotto created 193 millionaires across Australia.

The winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 3907 on Saturday 29 December 2018 were 9, 33, 39, 30, 2 and 17, while the supplementary numbers were 22 and 41.

Across Australia, there were 17 division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 3907, including eight in Victoria, two in Queensland, two in New South Wales and the ACT, four in Western Australia and one online.

The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 197 so far this financial year, including 81 won by Tatts customers.

In the 12 months to 30 June 2018, there were 290 division one winning TattsLotto entries across the Lott’s jurisdictions, which collectively won more than $302.7 million.
