A single-game System entry could be just the ticket for Aussie adults wanting to become Lotto Superdraw millionaires this weekend.

This ticket type has been revealed as the one that landed the most division one wins in the six Saturday Lotto Superdraws held so far in 2018.

All up, there have been 61 division one winning entries that have taken home more than $113.4 million across the Lott’s jurisdictions from the six Saturday Lotto Superdraws conducted to date in 2018.

Of these 61 division one winning entries, almost one-in-five (18%) were single-game System entries.

System entries allow you to choose more numbers in a single game to increase your chances of winning. The Superdraw division one winning System entries so far this year have ranged from a System 7 to a System 20 entry, with a System 9 entry being the most popular.

Top five entry types to have scored division one in a 2018 Saturday Lotto Superdraw

Rank Type of entry Number of Superdraw division one wins in 2018
1 Single-game System entry 11
2 18-game entry 9
3 50-game entry 8
4 12-game entry 8
5 36-game entry 4

Of the Superdraw division one winning entries so far this year, almost three-quarters were QuickPick entries, where the numbers were randomly generated by the lottery terminal.

The Lott spokesperson Matt Hart said up to one-in-five Australian adults were expected to have an entry in this Saturday’s Superdraw.

“Each of the six Saturday Lotto Superdraws so far this year have created millionaires… and in some cases multi-millionaires. We hope to crown another cluster of millionaires this weekend,” he said.

“Looking at the different entry types that have scored that coveted Superdraw divison one win this year, they range from single-game marked entries through to 50-game QuickPicks and multiple-System game entries favoured by syndicates.

“Regardless of which entry type you pick, it’s important to remember that you do need an entry into the draw for the chance to win a slice of the $20 million division one prize pool.

“Imagine if you become an overnight millionaire from this weekend’s Lotto Superdraw! Do you think you’d turn up to work next week, and how would your plans for next year and the rest of the year change?”

Mr Hart said many Lotto division one winners decided to share their prize with those people at the very top of their Lotto List, such as their family and friends.

“Just last weekend, a Shepparton family scored division one and they plan to use it to help some cherished family members move closer to each other.”

Mr Hart said wannabe Lotto millionaires should grab their entry well ahead of the Superdraw’s draw close as outlets were expected to be busy.

Tickets in the Lott’s $20 Million Lotto Superdraw are on sale now and can be purchased until 7:30pm AEST on Saturday 27 October 2018 from any official lottery outlet, online from thelott.com, or via thelott app.
