A man from South Australia has declared he will have a “bloody good Christmas!” after this morning happily discovering he was a Saturday X Lotto millionaire.
The Festival State winner held one of four division one winning entries nationally in Saturday X Lotto draw 3905 on 22 December 2018. Each entry took home a division one prize of $1,018,499.24.
When an SA Lotteries official made contact with the winner this morning, he couldn’t help but contain his shock.
“Good God! I’ve been waiting to win for so long!” he exclaimed.
“What a bloody good Christmas that is!
“I’ve been playing every week since they invented it but never won anything more than division three!”
When asked how he planned to spend the X Lotto windfall, the thrilled winner confessed he would need some time to think about it.
The man, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased his 24-game QuickPick entry online at thelott.com – Australia’s official lotteries.
The winning numbers in X Lotto draw 3905 on Saturday 22 December 2018 were 5, 14, 41, 29, 43 and 9, while the supplementary numbers were 37 and 15.
Across Australia, there were four division one winning entries in X Lotto draw 3905.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 179 so far this financial year.
In the 12 months to 30 June 2018, there were 290 division one winning X Lotto entries across the Lott’s jurisdictions, which collectively won more than $302.7 million.
