A South Melbourne mum is ready to share her TattsLotto windfall with those at the top of her Lotto List – her cherished children.
The Victorian woman held one of the six division one winning entries across Australia in TattsLotto draw 3859 on 14 July 2018. Each entry takes home a division one prize of $672,883.61.
When a Tatts official made contact with the winner this morning, she admitted she already knew her dream-come-true news and had been celebrating with her family.
“I saw it on Saturday night!” she exclaimed.
“I looked online and saw the six numbers all lit up – it looks really good!
“It’s a lot of money. We’re very happy. I still can’t believe it.
“It will fast-track our retirement plans, but it’s not just for me but the kids too.
“It’s not going to be wasted, we’re going to use it wisely and set ourselves up for the future.”
While the woman confessed her family had already been celebrating her win, she said she probably wouldn’t truly believe her good fortune until she saw her bank balance balloon.
“I’m waiting for the money to be in the bank and then I’ll really celebrate – big time!” she said.
The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased her winning marked 12-game entry online at thelott.com – Australia’s official lotteries.
The six winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 3859 on Saturday 14 July 2018 were 45, 40, 6, 32, 12 and 11. The supplementary numbers were 10 and 20.
Across Australia there were six division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 3859 – two each from Victoria and Western Australia, and one each from Queensland and the Northern Territory.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 214 so far this calendar year, including 91 won by Tatts customers.
Last financial year, there were 290 division one winning entries across the Lott’s jurisdictions, which collectively won more than $341.27 million.
