A generous Sydney woman from the Canterbury-Bankstown region has come forward to claim the latest Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot 1st Prize.

Confirming her win with a NSW Lotteries official this afternoon, the woman said she realised her good fortune when she checked her entry online.
“That’s wonderful!” she laughed.
“I feel grateful, really really grateful.
“This couldn’t have come at a better time.
“I’ve been playing Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot regularly but I’ve never won anything like this. It’s just incredible!”
The generous woman revealed she would be sensible with her unexpected prize.
“I’ll probably pay some bills, I’m pretty responsible,” she laughed.
“I might buy a new car, that’s something I’ve needed for a little while.
“I’d also love to help some local charities in my area.”
The happy winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased her winning entry of one random number at Belmore Newsagency, 362 Burwood Road, Belmore.
Belmore Newsagency owner Ngoc Trieu said she couldn’t contain her joy for her customer.
“Oh my god I am so excited!” she exclaimed.

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $49.96 million for draw 1255 while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot is now $4.27 million for draw 10279.
