A Frankston man is planning to invite his friends and family over for a BBQ and some beers to celebrate his $1 million Wednesday Lotto win.
The Victorian held the only division one winning entry nationally in Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw 4141 on Wednesday 22 December 2021. His winning entry scored $1 million.
So far in 2021, there have been 30 division one wins in Melbourne's south-east worth more $48.2 million.
The Melbourne man was fast asleep when an official from The Lott called to break the exciting news this morning.
“Oh my god! Oh my god!” he screamed happily.
“I had no idea! I hadn’t checked my ticket yet. What the hell!
“You’re making me all nervous. I feel all jittery, like I have butterflies in my belly!
“This is so weird. I can’t believe I’m a millionaire.
“Oh my god! This is insane. It feels like I’m dreaming.
“This is unbelievable! I can’t believe I’ve won $1 million dollars.
“As soon as I get off the phone to you, I’m cracking open a beer.
“I might even invite some friends and family over today and have a BBQ and a few beers to celebrate! It’ll be an extra fun time, especially with Christmas this week.
“I’d like to get myself a new car, but I’m not sure what I’ll do with the rest.
“I’m sure there will be big things ahead for me now that I have an extra $1 million to play with!”
His winning 50-game QuickPick entry was purchased online at thelott.com – Australia’s official lotteries.
The winning numbers in Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw 4141 on Thursday 23 December 2021 were 23, 3, 10, 28, 15 and 21, while the supplementary numbers were 30 and 39.
Across Australia, there was one division one winning entry in Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw 4141 – one from Victoria.
