A group of 25 workmates from Mascot are grinning from ear to ear this morning after their long-running office syndicate clocked off with more than $1.25 million in the weekend’s Saturday Lotto draw.
The Sydneysiders held one of the four division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 4567, drawn Saturday, 26 April 2025. Their winning entry scored $1,269,039.85, delivering each member a personal pay day of $50,761.59.
“Oh my god. That’s amazing!” one thrilled syndicate member cheered when an official from The Lott called with the life-enhancing news.
“Unfortunately, it doesn’t all go to me because there are about 25 of us!” she added.
“It’s a work syndicate that we started around 10 years ago. We’ve always said that we’ll win big one day.
“How wonderful. We’ll be getting at least $50,000 each.
“We’ve got a group chat with all of us, so it’ll be interesting when I break the news. I’m sure my phone will be pinging all day.
“It’ll be a perfect opportunity for all of us to catch up!”
Amid the excitement, the ecstatic woman knew exactly what she’d do with her share of the million-dollar fortune.
“I’ll do a family holiday and some renovations!” she said.
“Thank you so much. What a great start to my Monday.”
The winning marked System 8 entry entry was purchased at was purchased on The Lott website – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.
The winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 4567 on 28 April 2025 were 38, 42, 32, 1, 21 and 7, while the supplementary numbers were 24 and 13.
Across Australia, there were four division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 4567 – two each in Queensland and New South Wales.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 389 so far in FY25, including 118 won by NSW Lotteries customers.
In 2024, Saturday Lotto created 149 millionaires across Australia.
During this time, there were 316 division one winning Saturday Lotto entries across Australia that collectively won more than $400.2 million.
