A Kellyville grandmother is ready to play Santa this Christmas by spoiling her loved ones after scoring a festive $1 million in last night’s Weekday Windfall draw.
The New South Wales resident held the only division one winning entry nationally in draw 4482, drawn Monday 16 December 2024 and pocketed $1 million.
The generous winner shared she was over the moon while speaking to an official from The Lott.
“That’s fabulous! That’s lovely!” she said.
“I can’t believe it. I’ve been playing for about 30 years, playing the same numbers.
“This has made my Christmas! It’s going to make the whole family’s Christmas.
“I’ve got lots of children and grandchildren, so the money won't go astray. I’ll be able to help with their mortgages and other things.
“What a lovely surprise. This really is great news.
“I never answer phone calls, but when I saw your emails and texts, I thought ‘What is going on?’.
“You are just amazing. Thank you so much.”
Her winning marked 12-game entry was purchased from Kellyville Plaza Newsagency, Shop 21, 90 Wrights Road, Kellyville.

The winning numbers in Weekday Windfall draw 4482 on Monday 16 December 2024 were 6, 35, 20, 29, 41 and 10, while the supplementary numbers were 21 and 12.

The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 427 so far in 2024, including 127 won by NSW Lotteries customers.
