A Toukley man has had the ‘best wake up call ever’, answering the phone to news he won $100,000 in the latest Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.
The happy man won the guaranteed 1st Prize of $100,000 in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10329, drawn Monday 4 November 2019.
A NSW Lotteries official broke the news of the win to the man this afternoon, who had no idea of his good fortune.
“Thank you, thank you so much,” he laughed.
“Isn’t this a great surprise?
“Bloody oath this is brilliant! I am flabbergasted!
“You’ve just woken me from my afternoon nap. I am definitely wide away now! This would have to be the best wake up call ever!
“I am going to celebrate as soon as I get off the phone to you. I think I might have to crack open a beer.
“What a great win right before Christmas.”
When asked how he planned to enjoy his prize, the stoked bloke declared he would take his family on a holiday.
“I am going to take my whole family on a cruise I think,” he explained.
“We will definitely have to celebrate tonight. We might go out for a nice dinner.”
The happy winner purchased his winning entry of one number at newsXpress Toukley, Shop 1, 30 Canton Beach Road, Toukley.
newsXpress Toukley manager Steve Sweeney said he was thrilled to have sold a major prize winning entry to one of his customers.
“When I saw that we sold the winning entry I was so happy,” he said.
“It feels great to be able to help deliver a win to one of our local customers. We are probably as happy as he is!
“It’s been a few years since we’ve sold one, so it’s nice to have done it again.
“We’ve been sharing this news with all of our customers and it’s created a great buzz in the store.
“Hopefully this is the start of a winning streak and we sell more of those winning major prizes.

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $7.17 million draw 1457 while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot is now $6.35 million for draw 10330.
