A Blackwall couple on holiday in the Philippines have toasted a Mai Tai in celebration after discovering they’d pocketed $100,000 in yesterday’s Lucky Lotteries draw.
The Central Coast residents held the 1st Prize winning entry in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 11011, drawn Tuesday 24 June 2025. They look forward to a sweet $100,000 prize.
When an official from The Lott confirmed the winning news, the stunned duo shared they couldn’t help but smile from ear to ear.
“What a pleasant surprise!” the winning husband exclaimed.
“We’re overseas in the Philippines at the moment, so this is quite the shock.
“We were just about to go out and explore the Philippines for the day when I saw your email.
“We’re starting the day grinning from ear to ear.
“This holiday just became extra special. We might have to treat ourselves to a nice Mai Tai or two later.”
The duo’s winning entry of two random numbers was purchased on The Lott website – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.
The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $6.52 million for draw 1705, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $22.34 million for draw 11012.
In 2024, 147 Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize and Jackpot winning entries across Australia won more than $52.2 million.
Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot and Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot are raffle-style games, which means there is a set number of tickets in each draw. As each ticket number is unique there is no sharing of prizes.
Each game has two draws – one that determines the winning numbers and one that determines the jackpot number. If the jackpot number matches one of the winning numbers, then the Jackpot Prize is won. If the jackpot number does not match one of the winning numbers, the Jackpot Prize will climb for the next draw.
Tickets can be purchased at any licenced lottery outlet, online from thelott.com or via The Lott mobile app.
