A Two Wells man has received a phone call at work that everyone dreams of, confirming the news he’s now a millionaire thanks to a Monday X Lotto win.
The happy winner held one of the four division one winning entries nationally in Monday and Wednesday X Lotto draw 4082, drawn 31 May 2021. Each entry takes home a $1 million prize.
This morning an official from The Lott called the Adelaide man, who was busy at work and completely oblivious to his division one win.
“No way! F****** hell!” he screamed happily.
“Holy sh**! This is bloody awesome.
“I am a millionaire! I think I need to crack open a beer and cheers to being a millionaire!
“I am completely stunned. I had absolutely no idea!
“I am at work right now, but I am tempted to walk straight out of that door.
“Who feels like working after finding out they’re a millionaire?
“This is awesome. Thank you so much!”
When asked how he planned to enjoy his million-dollar prize, the stoked bloke said the possibilities were endless.
“I am definitely going to enjoy it!” he laughed.
“I will pay off the house and use it for my retirement, which thanks to this win, can happen a lot sooner than I originally planned.”
The ecstatic player, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased his marked 12-game entry online at thelott.com – Australia’s official lotteries.
The winning numbers in Monday & Wednesday X Lotto draw 4082 on Monday 31 May 2021 were 31, 29, 6, 19, 11 and 15, while the supplementary numbers were 26 and 4.
Across Australia, there were four division one winning entries in Monday & Wednesday X Lotto draw 4049 – three from New South Wales and one from South Australia
