A Brisbane man has declared the universe is looking out for him, after scoring $200,000 in today’s Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw.
The Queenslander won the guaranteed 1st Prize of $200,000 in Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1203, drawn Wednesday 23 January 2019.
Sharing his joy with a Golden Casket official this afternoon to confirm his win, the man revealed he was shocked when he discovered his unexpected and exciting good fortune.
“I decided to head into a newsagency just after the draw had happened this afternoon,” he explained.
“I checked the results of the draw and I really couldn’t believe it when one of my random numbers popped out at me as the winning number!
“I went still. I was absolutely numb!”
The regular Lucky Lotteries player said he had been watching the Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot soar for months, hoping to win big.
“I’ve been playing for a long time and this is by far the biggest prize I’ve ever won,” he said.
“The universe is really looking out for me. It couldn’t have come at a better time.
“I can’t wait to help my children.

The winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased his winning entry of five random numbers at Nextra Post Office Square, Shop 14, Post Office Square, 280 Queen Street, Brisbane.
The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $37.72 million for draw 1204 while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot is now $2.84 million for draw 10268.
