A Valentine woman is planning to head to her husband’s work today to break the news they’re now $100,000 richer thanks to Lucky Lotteries.

The New South Wales player won the 1st Prize of $100,000 in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10454, drawn Thursday 15 April 2021.

Although the ticket was registered to a Players Club card, the winner’s contact details were out of date.

Speaking with an official from The Lott this morning, the Newcastle woman said she was filled with joy after making her exciting discovery.

“I don’t know how to describe how I am feeling right now,” the winning woman giggled.

“I just can’t believe it! I only found out about half an hour ago.

“I was going to the newsagency to buy some scratchies, and I remembered I had a ticket to check.

“The gentleman at the counter told me I had won something, but he couldn’t see what it was, so once I got back to my car, I checked on The Lott app.

“I didn’t believe it! I still can’t believe it now!

“It’s crazy! Oh my god!

“I am going to go straight to my husband’s work and break the news to him and tell him we need to celebrate immediately.”

When asked how she planned to enjoy her windfall, the laughing woman said her mind was running wild with ideas.

“Well, I would love to do some travelling throughout Australia! I’ve been wanting to go to Cairns, so I think we will do that first,” she expressed.

“I also want to get myself a new car and I am in desperate need of some new clothes and shoes, so a shopping spree is certainly on the cards.”

The winning entry was purchased at Valentine Newsagency, 10 Allambee Place, Valentine.

The Valentine Newsagency team are thrilled the winner has now claimed their prize and wish her all the very best.
