A Wadalba woman was so shocked she almost forgot how to speak after discovering she scored a $200,000 Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot 1st Prize today.

The thrilled winner won the $200,000 1st Prize in Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1521, drawn Monday 1 March 2021.

She also landed a consolation prize of $2,000, boosting her total prize to $202,000.

Speaking with an official from The Lott this afternoon, the overjoyed woman admitted the win was life-changing.

“How much? Oh my god!” she screamed happily.

“Are you serious? Are you actually serious?

“You can’t imagine what this means to me. It’s life-changing!

“This has made my day, my year!

“I am gobsmacked. I can’t speak properly.

“It’s a beautiful surprise.

“This changes everything for me.

“I always wondered what it would be like to receive a call like this! It feels crazy!

“God, I just can’t believe it.”

When asked how she planned to enjoy her windfall, the emotional woman said she already knew exactly what she would do.

“I am going to do some renovations on my house,” she said.

“I also would love to go away for a while. I want to celebrate with lots of food, coffee and shopping!”

The happy winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased her winning entry of two consecutive numbers at Wadalba Newsagency, 2 Edward Stinson Avenue, Wadalba.

Wadalba Newsagency manager Tina Ford said she was ecstatic for her Lucky Lotteries winner.

“We are very excited!” she said.

“How great is the win for the customer? We send her our best wishes and hope she enjoys it!

“This is the second major prize we have sold. The last one was in 2018, so we’ve been patiently waiting to sell another.

“However, we have sold many division two prizes in the past.

“We hope to sell a lot more major prizes in the future.”

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $6.52 million for draw 1522, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $3.10 million for draw 10446.
