A Park Holme couple has declared the reality of winning the lottery has surpassed anything they’d ever dreamt of after scoring $100,000 in a recent Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.

The South Australian couple held the 1st Prize winning entry in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10737, drawn on Thursday 8 December 2022.

In addition to their $100,000 windfall, the winning couple’s entry also scored a consolation prize of $1,000, bolstering their total win to $101,000.

“Remarkable! We’re on the moon and haven’t come down from it!” the winning husband cheered when an official from The Lott confirmed their winning news.

“We’ve been playing Lucky Lotteries since it began!

“We’ve never ever won anything like this before.

“We’re still in shock. It really has come at a perfect time.

“We’ve had a bit of a rough trot, but this is going to help us get back on track.

“You know we all want to win, but my wife and I are dreamers.

“We don’t have to dream anymore, we won $101,000, buddy!” the winning wife joked.

When asked how they might use their prize, the happy husband shared some plans were already underway.

“We haven’t had a holiday in a long time, so we might go somewhere in Australia for a couple of weeks,” he said.

“We want to start enjoying the finer things in life – like playing the sports we like more often.

“We haven’t been able to do anything like that.

“Thank you so much.”

Their winning entry of four consecutive numbers was purchased at Blooms Castle Plaza, Shop 4-7 Castle Plaza, 992 South Road, Edwardstown.
